In memory of Kevin Sullivan

Dear Friends,

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the death of Kevin Sullivan on 24 November 2019.
Kevin was a VSI member, volunteer, activist and dear friend. All in VSI, board, staff and volunteers extend our heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends.

Since the first project he did in 2008, he fell in love with SCI and didn’t stop! Kevin touched many hearts and made many friends all around the world. We would really like to acknowledge his contributions to VSI, and also the stunning number of SCI international projects he did – over 40 in Ireland and nearly 20 other countries all over the world.

Kevin also spent a few years as a VSI board member, he helped us organise projects in Ireland and was very popular camp leader. He always looked after our incoming EVS volunteers and organised trips for them. He made us work harder inspiring us with the work he did, fascinated us with stories of his adventures and made us laugh with his unique sense of humour.

We will miss Kevin greatly.
