VSI welcomes our new ESC Marketing and Communications Officer, Sean! Sean joined our team in early September and has been busy learning about his new role and the activities of VSI as a whole. We look forward to getting to know Sean and wish him all the best as he embarks on his ESC journey. Read on to learn more about Sean and his first few days with VSI below!
“Hi, I’m Sean, I recently started working as the marketing and communications officer here at VSI. Though I was unfamiliar with VSI before my project, it was clear immediately that their values resonated strongly with my own. Having just graduated college, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to volunteer full-time. I really admired their views on solidarity and global citizenship, as well the opportunities they afforded to young people and students who might be excluded from activism by their circumstances. I have really enjoyed my first week here, and I’m looking forward to making change, big and small, over the course of the coming year.”
